With more than 200 magazine fashion and fitness magazine covers and countless magazine spreads, Noel is considered one of the most published photographers in the country. He has shot celebrities and models for various projects such as magazines and advertising campaigns. He works with several PR agencies managing celebrities and shoots on a regular for their various clientele.
Noel is a staff member and has established relationships with many magazines and has given opportunities to many models to be published and realize their dream to be on the cover of a magazine. He is one of the very few photographers who actively work with many top US and international magazines.
Many of his clients flies from all over the world just to shoot with him LA. Many comes from Australia where he gets a magazine cover almost every month with some of Australia's biggest magazines.
